Email me at info@canadianfakerocks.com OR call me at 1-613-921-6651 to obtain your customized shipping quote.  If you are ordering multiple items you may be eligible for a shipping rate reduction.

Products shipped from Canadian Fake Rocks are guaranteed to be delivered free of damage or manufacturer's defects, or the product will be replaced hassle-free. Items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of cleared payment. Items do not ship on weekends or holidays.
If you prefer to use your own shipping method or carrier, contact us and we will be happy to oblige.

A NOTE ABOUT MEASUREMENT ... length and width measurements for each product are taken at the base. The height measurement is the
 HIGHEST POINT OF EACH ROCK. Because the shapes are irregular, these measurements are guides for how large an item will fit under the enclosure.
If you have any questions of whether an item will work with a particular rock, please contact us and we will assist you.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, just return your purchase within 1 month. You can choose to either exchange the product or receive a complete refund (shipping charges are not refundable).

If your product is defective a replacement will be shipped at no charge. All returned merchandise must be unused in original condition and original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable
